This company took my money and now refuse to refund me upon cancellation.
I ordered some perfume from Life Style Shop at the beginning of March 2013. After reasing all the negative reviews, I quickly realised my mistake and cancelled the order one hour after placing it. Two weeks and the dozens of emails later, the company refuses to refund 100% of my payment and demands a cancellation fee of 30%(!!!) of the order value, completely ignoring the fact that this is absolutely illegal according to the Distant Selling Regulations which they have to comply being located in the EU. I have been in constant contact with them throughout but all I have ever received in response is an email telling me that I agreed to their terms and conditions when I placed the order and they won't cancel my order without me paying the cancellation fee. They don't exist, stay away from them. I reported them to the Police Action Fraud UK as well as to my bank.
