Starting getting pricing information from this company last fall, very prompt and professional in all correspondences. Placed an order with them on Jan. 20th, they had two methods of payment, Western Union and Bank Transfer - went Western Union because it was the cheaper method. They emailed saying they received the order and would ship after receiving the payment. Received a notice from Western Union saying the money had been picked up same day (all this on the 20-21). Emailed them on the 25th asking for shipping information. They said they were on holiday due to Chinese New Years (the next week) and that the order would ship after they return, they told be shipping date of Feb 15th. I emailed them on the 16th and they responded that my goods had shipped and gave me a tracking number and China Post website to check status and said I could check the status in 2 days. Kept checking status on and off that week and the status didn't change. Emailed them inquiring about an update and they said that China Post doesn't update often and we just had to wait but the shipping normally takes several weeks. On Mar 5th I emailed them again and was again told to wait. On the 18th I emailed them again and have not received a reply. I did some additional checking on the tracking number outside of China Post and found that it is a tracking number that came from China and was delivered by USPS on Feb 28th to a different city/state than the shipping address I gave them. I emailed on the 19th telling them that they gave me the wrong tracking number. I have not received a reply and they have always responded same day.
