I understood that I would be receiving a trial issue of face cream, which I paid £4.95 for, and received, assuming it was the trial pack, and then this second amount of £95.has been taken out. I will complain to the Ombudsman if this amount is not put back in my account.

- Same here, got stung twice thou, with age free dermacare. £184 in total. I really cant afford to loose that much. Am now looking into what I can do to claim it back. Good luck all.
