International boundaries
Paid $199.00 to extend an ongoing service contract with Vtech squad. The service received since that time has been abominable. Getting through to a technician is an exhausting ordeal
that requires countless repetitions and no one ever calls back when asked to leave a message. On the few times I've been able to reach a live tecnician the problem called about is not resolved. I want to get my money back but I'm not able to reach anyone to discuss this option.
