Complaint 313401 Details

My name is Rebecca, I ordered diet pills for 30 days free trial and all of a sudden my credit card was charged for $159 and $1.00. I called the number I got from my credit card statement who charged me $160 so that I can cancel it. They told me on 2/11 that they will give me two bottles for 50% off what they charged me plus additional 3 more free bottles and all I need to do is just fill out the form they will send me that I agreed to that. I did on 2/11 and they suppose to refund me the $79.50 but it didn't show up in my credit card statement. I called them 2/27 to checked on my refund and my order and they told me they refund my credit card and already mail me my order. I checked my account again every week (3/5. 3/11, 3/20) no refund and order so I dispute it with my bank so that they can investigate. They told me to just email them the invoice from Auctionzen Master that they did a refund but it's still not showing in my account so my bank just did an account adjustment on 3/21 for $79.50. Now my problem is up to now I still haven't got my order yet not even a bottle. Every week that I call them they keep saying they already shipped it. I called them on 2/27, 3/5, 3/11, 3/20. When I told them I just want it totally cancel and just refund my $79.50 (50% of what they originally charged me since I already got the other $79.50 from my bank) they told me they can't cancel it because its showing in their computer that they already shipped my order even though I keep telling them that up to now (3/23/14) I still didn't receive any of their product. Please help me get my money back or my order which all together suppose to be 5 bottles for $79.50. Thank you in advance.
