The same thing happened to me. On March 8, 2014 I filled in a survey for this company and selected a free gift with shipping fee of Canadian $3.00 for shipping. Now I found out my credit card was charged twice (S3.00 and $66.63). When I contacted with the company, they said that I have to pay that $66.63 as monthly membership fee when I accept that free gift of $3:00. I actually didn't buy any membership and have no knowledge of that. I have never received anything gift either.
