Like a fool, ordered a trial of the product on 10/06, got a small bottle, didn't like it, thought no more about it. On 10/20, the charge appeared on my credit card statement. Called the company, after several attempts talked to someone who said I should have cancelled my order (?) to avoid further charges. I said I would report this as fraudulent to my credit card carrier, and was told they could refund one half of the charge. Said I would not pay it and my credit card carrier would investigate this as fraud. Have received an email saying the account was closed, but no information about cancelling the charges. Will continue to contest the charges.
