I sent Jacky Liang a RFQ on March 3rd on Albaba.com.
He replied via his own email on March 4th.
We agreed on price and conditions to pay via western union.
After we paid he didn't reply to our emails.
We contacted his company talking to Jane. But now he says that he never replied to our RFQ. and that the email used to reply to us is not his email.
But the fact is that I didn't send anyone a RFQ but him.
The fat also is that nobody has access to their account on Alibaba but themselves.
So the one who got my contact details must be from the company staff.
Please help.
