I booked a property through Craigslist for April 1st through June 30th. It was advertised as a short-term stay place located in San Jose 801 S. Winchester, 3200.I paid my deposit as well as the first month's rent and even signed a contract which was returned to me signed as well. I've tried using the email [email protected] that was provided as well as the phone number 585-204-0896 to confirm our meeting to obtain the keys but no response.
