I Googled For Microsoft Support But Some How was connected to the scamster's they even stated me that they are Microsoft and provided me a software which was a pirated piece of shit i came to know about these scamster's when i googled about them they were no were associated with microsoft and can not be ever associated with them. Totally fraudulent organization and when i saw my statement i found that they were Vtechquad. Now i am requesting for refund they are not reverting me over through he email and even on phone. Please don't be scammed
