From a facebook advert on the 02.01.2014 i ordered the two packs of whitening at a special offer price of just over £3 Per pack Total £11.38 including post and packing and believed that to be the transaction. Just after 15.01.2014 my bank contacted me and asked if i had authorised a payment of £59.29 I said no I had not authorised this payment at this point the bank sorted things so the company could take no more money. On receipt of my Bank Statement mid February 2014 I checked my statement and found an additional charge of £1.25 from the same company.On the 24th of February I returned the goods through the Post Office. Since then I have sent about seven e mails asking for a full refund to date I have got nowhere. I wish this could be shared so other people do not fall into this trap.
