I placed an order online for a hurricane candle lamp. I received an order confirmation and it said it would be shipped within 48 hours. It still has not been shipped. I have emailed the company four times, and called about 7 times. The message on the phone just says the person you are trying to reach is not available. I am unsure if this is even a legit company and have filed a dispute with my credit card company to not pay the charge. The charge was posted as soon as the order was placed, yet no merchandise.
