I received a free trial of this anti aging cream and the Equinox night and day serum and it made my face red and itchy, then I check my bank account and they have withdrew 79.20 out of my checking account which made my account go overdrawn, and then I had bank fees on top of that. so now I'm 108.20 out of pocket for something I did not agree to. I never signed anything to continue to receive this product and do not want it!! All I want is my money returned to me, I've looked on the internet trying to find a phone number to the company to file my complaint and speak to someone that can help me with this and I have yet to find a phone number to contact anyone, I'm still searching and hoping to solve this and get a return.
