I did not purchase anything from this site, however I have been charged two amounts, £1.99 and £153.95 on my credit card. I have been sent an email confirming an order number but when I tried calling the company, there has not been a response on the other end. There is no email to write back to or any other methods to reach the company to clarify this matter. My credit card company won't refund me until they have completed a full investigation. If there is product involved and it is en route to my address then I am apparently supposed to pay for processing fee and some other bullshit fee.
