I had (yes, stupidly) put my info. online trying to get a loan to put a down payment on a car. When they called me on Mom., 3-31-14, told me I had been approved for a loan of $3,000. All I needed to do was to stay on the phone with him (said his name is HENRY SCOTT) and go to CVS and purchase a Green Dot Moneypak card and to "VERIFY" that I had enough money at that time of the month to pay the bill the they would put the $300.00 back into my account. So, within moments the Green Dot Moneypak had a balance of ZERO! I fussed, complained cried, everything I could think of and I believe HENRY SCOTT got tired of talking to me, he already had my $300. But, he put another man (or he, too, may have been the 2nd person) but this so-called supervisor said his name was MARK BROWN. I did the same, told him all about the days events, which he knew already. I am a poor woman, probably below poverty level. But, I work everyday and have worked for the same company for almost 23 years. I just need my money back so that I can pay my rent, which was due April 1st and today is the 8th. I do not have any family that I could ask help from. I have cried for the past week, not doing my health problems any good. These people are scamming money for people like myself and it must stop. BTW, the Green Dot Monrypak has no live person to speak with. I searched the internet everyplace I could possibly think of - and found no phone number at all. I found where you could apply for one of their prepaid cards but - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO REAL LIVE PERSON TO SPEAK WITH. I have pretty serious health problems and cannot just live in the car. I need help, PLEASE, someone help me to know what to do.
