whoever these people are have took money out of by bank account after me telling them not to. they gave me false information when they phoned me said they had approved me for loan asked for my card details then told me there was a fee. told them to scrap my details but she said that it had already gone through and could not be stopped. told them if they took money out of my account without my permission i would take further action. obviously they took no notice and took what i had left in my bank account and left me with no money to pay for things we need.
