Apparently hidden amongst the TOC it said the company would take £179 per month from my CC. When I sccidentally found this out I phoned my CC and was told they had already paid £179 for this month. They cancelled further payments, but I was still out £179 - could NOT get it back! The CC co were aware of the scam so I said they should not have paid it. They said some people do buy the stuff regularly, and they could not just stop making the payments. I said if you know about this scam surely it wld be common decency to inform your customers of the charge by text and checking if they were aware of the scam company's charge on their CC.
