I applied online for a loan and kept talking to a guy named Jack Thomas . He called and said I was approved for a 1,5000 dollar loan he had me to purchase a money pak for 135.00 dollars for a finance charge then he said it would be in my account then he said they could not load the money to my card so he wanted me to go to western union and pay 284.00 dollars for the fees I didn't go Cruz I don't have it I asked for a refund and he said no refunds and hung up on me cause I said it was a scam ,I need my money back what can I do
