Purchased "virus protection" from this company, for my laptop, which was destroyed. I then requested that this service be applied to my desktop, which was done. So far no complaints. Then at 8:30 am this morning I get a call from UTH telling me that my computer had been hacked and that it would cost me another $177 to get rid of the hackers or my computer would crash. I spoke with my husband and we decided that it would be foolish to spend another $177. When I reported this to UTH, I was told that without this additional program, my computer would crash, and crash it did. All desktop icons disappeared, included those that UTH provided. I am really upset with UTH and with myself. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay clear of UTH.
