I applied for free samples. I assumed that a 'free sample' meant what it said.The samples arrived, but when I received my bank statement I saw that my account had been debited to the tune of £195.90. No indication of price was provided when I applied for samples. The company have provided a complaints form in which they suggest emailing them in the case of "repeat billing".
