I ordered for free trial because the advert claims wrinkles would disappear instantly, as it plays "tricks" in the eye, and then will remove wrinkles after a few days. I put on cream and nothing happened. continued to apply and my wrinkles are still there, nothing moved. I applied for my money back and the form advised to fill out invoice number. I was not given any invoice number, when I applied on my debit card, so they would not credit my account with money taken. I need invoice number to return cream back and refund of money taken from my account.
