- Hello, I believe you will eventually receive your item. However, beware that it might be a fake, counterfeit item. I also ordered an item (Sony MDR-E888LP earphones), and I did receive these after 14 days (living in US). Unfortunately I received a fake set of earphones that are commonly found in China (maybe intention was good and seller was unaware? who knows). I had the same experience of no responses to emails or phone calls.
