I called their customer service center and couldn't. Or wouldn't because they did not know how. The result is the same either way.
I tried to get on their website and make the change but the user name and password would not work. I sent a message asking for a new password which was sent to my email address. I tried to use the new password with my email as my user name as my email address, and it didn't work. There were two 1 or I or l they were both straight lines I tried all the combinations with no success. So I called customer service again. This customer service representative was of no help except she said that
