Claimed to be part of the Windows organisation, claimed to have knowledge of problems on my P.C. Gained access to my P.C. Took money from my account. Upon contacting them ( 0121 286 0666 ) they made up all sorts of different stories, they gave different names for their C.E.O., gave different office addresses ( hence Birmingham or Bristol ) became quite threatening when I said that my Banks Fraud Dept. had contacted me.
I can only conclude that they are " scammers"
