Siteground is incorrectly charging new customers. One can easily check by simulating a new subscription (stop right before order) . Follow these steps: Go to https://www.siteground.com/. Click "See Plans". Chose "StartUp" plan. Chose any domain and click "Proceed". Under "Purchase Information" box, select "Period: Trial: 1 month" and uncheck all service boxes EXCEPT "HackAlert Monitoring" (the result should look like this: http://picpaste.com/siteground-form.png). As one can see, the total amount is USD 30.90 USD, when it should be $19.90.
