This is the second order I've made, only because I had a discount code.
The first order I made was appalling, it arrived 3 days late and the recipient only just saw the flowers before she left the country.
The "customer service" call centre is outrageous, the signal is poor and can never hear them, and they are rude and extremely unhelpful.
Not only did I ask for the flowers to be cancelled as I no longer needed them, she told me that wasn't possible and still sent them anyway.
Management weren't any better, the woman I spoke to somewhat wanted to continue arguing with me like a 14 year old, whatever happened to "the customer is always right"?
This second order I figured seeing as I was getting a discount, it wouldn't really matter... The flowers did not arrive on the day that I asked, the piece of paper that my lovely message was on was on the back of a voucher folded in half, the other half was the address. So unattractive and und appealing.
The flowers... Well, it's quite hilarious looking at the photo of the flowers I thought I'd be buying. My mother loves the flowers on the website, but the flowers she received? Maybe not. They looked like a $10 bunch a flowers from a petrol station. The wrapping was awful too.
I wouldn't even order from this place even I had another discount code.
