After contact this person for CraigList Ad for a Lexus IS300 located in OK, here is the communication I got:
"Hello,

The car is not sold yet. It's in outstanding condition is excellent with no issues at all. Clean interior has no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e.; pet, smoke, etc.). Exterior shines nice, color look good . It has a clear and clean title, free of all liens and encumbrances. There is no lien on it, no monthly payments just the final price $1950 (shipping and title transfer fees included). It's a non smoker car with zero mechanical/electrical problems no damages or accidents.

The price has nothing to do with the condition of the car. The reason of the sale is that I recently passed through a divorce and moved to my sister in Havre, Montana. Sorry for the confusion with the location but I advertised it nation-wide in order to have a fast sale.
