I submitted my credit card details for a free trial of this product and like everyone else on this site, received an automated response saying the product would be here in 5 days. I didn't want them to take out monthly payments so emailed them twice to tell them not to. After no response I got suspicous and found this website. After reading everyone else's comments I rang my bank and stopped my credit card and also disputed the transaction as non-receipt of goods. Luckily, they had only taken out the $5.99 for postage as agreed but having read some of the other people's stories it could've been a whole lot worse, so thank you everyone for submitting your complaints and getting this scam out there!
