I have software of cleaning Etc. my pc and It was telling me I needed Pro-Optimizer to do the rest. I purchased and they debted my acct. for $29.95. I tried to download and my pc would not accept it saying it was a risk. I did not need anything to mess it up so I tried to send email to the company and ask for refund. They kept telling me it was not their company. Well, it was where the money was given to. Anyway finally 2 chat persons finally hung up on me. I was trying to be nice but could not understand. They wanted me to call the tech number. That is a laugh. They keep you on the phone forever with their sales routine. I am nearly 80 and am not going through that. Just want a refund and no renewals for the one I have had from them for several months.
