I recieved my "free trial" shipment on September 30, 2013. They charged my account. I immediately had my card shut down. I mailed the product back unopened and it was delivered to their office on October 5, 2013. Their deduction from my account caused my mortgage payment and other checks to bounce resulting in tons of NSF and overdraft fees. I have religiously called them every Monday since 9/30/13 and I always get the same line. Now I call their customer service number and it is another company's phone number. (BOR Corp) There is no legitimate phone number for them that I can find at this time. I have every single conversation (date, time, number I called, agent #, etc) documented and I am ready to see these people in jail. The evidence I alone have is undeniable. They are scam artists and I will either get my money back or see that they go to jail.....but I will not stop until someone pays, one way or another.
