Ordered a pair of shoes, which tried to cancel within 24 hour period. Checked my debit card, to find that the money had already been taken. Have sent numerous emails stating that I wanted to cancel the item and to have the money credited back into my account, but no reply to email. Have forgotten my password to view my account and submitted that I needed a new password, that email I did receive with directions to acquire a new password. But nothing else. Looking for any answers.
