Their web page that I initially saw indicated that they were in the liquidation business and had a variety of goods for auction.

After I had signed up I then discovered that the items for sale were obviously items that they actually stock. The range is always the same and the bidding method is akin to a Dutch auction. It is not a real auction.

  • Hello,

Chris here from the Customer Relations team. Always here to help!

On the webpage, we actually stated that the reason we were able to sell goods for so cheap is because we got many of them from liquidation sales and overstocked inventories. The only way we can take advantage of these sales is if we buy and stock them, thus passing on the benefit to our consumers.

Also, we rotate about 15% - 20% of our inventory every week thus you should see fresh inventory every week.

We take pride in our customer service levels. Our team is available around the clock and we are always here to help. Customer satisfaction is our main goal, and we go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy.

    Most Sincerely.
