They called and said that a lot of people in my area have been having problems with their computers. They instructed me to give them remote access to my computer and showed me errors and said that they can fix them and showed me their prices. I told them I could not afford it and they let on like they can take payments, so I gave them my debit card number. They called after banking hrs. and the money was taken out of my account before I could even contact the bank.

- First was your problem solved? and secondly did you ask for a refund? they have a 30 day money back guarantee that you would have used to get your money back if you were unsatisfied their services. I was called also when i needed the help so i gave the money willingly hoping they will solve my problem. Up-to now my Windows is still okay.
