International boundaries
Ordered one product and received another. Shipping forms show correct product but contents of shipment was something entirely different. Called 800 807-8080 to report error and recording refers to their web site. Completed Web for and have heard nothing. called their order line number and they told me to call back and dial X300. That brings you right back to the main recording. I have filed 3 Web reports and am getting nowhere.
