I ordered a $170.00 bottle of scotch from Parker Whisky. They told me they shipped it many times over 90 days, then said they would refund my money. NOW they will not return my email or calls. I don't know how to get a refund for $170.00 paid for services/products not delivered. Please let me know how to get this resolved. I've send almost a dozen emials with no response any longer. I'm not will in to just turn my back on it, just because they are in Scotland. Thanks so much.
