I purchased one of their products, the SupraCleanse 350 sometime last week, I am not sure of the date. I purchased it on their site and it stated that I had to pay £5.99 for a free trial. What they did not make clear is the fact that, once you pay that amount, after the 14 days trial ends, they will be charging you £89.99 each month because by then you would have joined their membership scheme or something. This was something I was not aware of, and all I am asking is for them to take me out of that system because I am not willing to be paying £89.99 each month when I did not even know about it to begin with. If I knew, there is no way I would have agreed to pay for the trial. I got their email address, [email protected] and I have already emailed them complaining about the same problem.
As a customer, dissatisfied customer, all I want is to make sure that I am no longer in their system and that no money is going to be coming out of my account because of this product.
