I ordered 2 trial samples. Dermal Juvenate and Juven Eye-Max. I received an email on June3rd telling me that the Juven Eye-Max was shipped and on June 10th, I received an email telling me that the Juvenate was shipped. On June 16th, I was billed 99.57 for the Derma Juvenate. On June 19th I called to cancel both accounts and the next day when I looked at my visa statement, I noticed that they had billed another 97.74 for the Juven Eye-Max. When I called to tell them that I did not have the product for 14 days, they said too bad, there's nothing we can do. Customer service is very rude.
