I had ordered the free trial fo the product. Tried it for three weeks and was totally unhappy witht hthe results. I called to cancel any further orders and noticed that the company had taken 180.00 from my account ( so not a free trial) and then I cancelled any further shipments only to find out that three days after I cancelled the order that they had taken another payment of 91.00 from my account and shipped me more product. I called the company once again and they told me that they could refund 13.00 but that was all they could do and the guy on the phone wouldn't even shut up long enough to listen to me and request that the account be closed. As far as I am concerned this is a complete rip off. I didn't get the sample for 10 days and apparently after 14 days you are supposed to cancel - if you only have 4 days to test the product how are you supposed to know if you want the stuff or not. Product is crap and I would never order anything they are selling ever..,
