I placed an order with the proprietor Josh Pennicott. He was happy to answer the calls and return calls promptly prior to receiving my money via direct transfer. After this no products arrived and he refused to answer the phone, return calls, text messages or emails sent to his personal email or via the contact us page.
My solicitor sent a letter of demand and he refused to respond.
I have filed a fraud report, reported him to ASIC and department of fair trading. I will continue to pursue the money and to warn others.
