On 23rd October I ordered a sample 10 day trial size of Perfect Radiance anti-wrinkle serum. The cost of this trial size was £5.95. Today, 5th November my MasterCard company telephoned me to enquire if any of my recent transactions were fraudulent. Yes, you may have guessed right. Perfect Radiance have now taken an amount of £74.95 (UK) from my MasterCard account without my authorisation. This is fraud. How do I get my money back?
