despite sending proof of posting and sending a recorded delivery returns parcel I am still out of pocket with this company for 4 tubs of cream that I have returned. The have received these items but are not refunding my money I am not seeking advise from Trading Standards. they are the biggest con merchants ever and born liars with no scruples.If my money is not returned by Monday 14th July I am going to small claims court.
