They sent me a memo saying I visited their sie and entered my infor(which I would never do over the computer unless I knew the company) they said I proceeded through registration and agreed to our terms of service, which state that no refund is due for changes made prior to cancellation. THey said the account was created in June and I supposedly contacted them a month later to request cancellation. When I pulled this up by mistake it was for foreclosures in PA and I am looking to buy in Texas. How they got my check account number, etc. I do not know but unless they refund me the $119.70 I will contact my attorney. I have all the paperwork they have sent me and the first 15 days is fre and the charge for month is only 39.88 amd it says you can cancel anytime by sending an e-mail. I looked up their BBB rating and it is only 2.5. So this is a scam from the first. Thank you. Jane D.
