On 11/1/2012, my husband and I attended a presentation in Bend, Oregon by Mr. MM of Premier Resorts. At that event, we signed two agreements: (1) a Purchase Agreement for membership in Premier Resorts' discount travel club and (2) a Timeshare Resale Agreement. MM wrote and signed on the Resale Agreement "If the timeshares have not sold within 12 months of the listing date, Premier will remove the member from their deeds and add an additional week to their Premier Resorts Membership for each deed transferred." MM phoned TW Online Marketing, Premier Resorts' contracted timeshare resale company for advice on the asking prices for the 3 timeshares.

Mid year, I phoned C, the identified individual on the TW Online Marketing forms, to reduce the asking prices. The year passed with no contact regarding a potential buyer.

Between 12/6/13 and 6/6/14, I have documented my repeated phone calls to Premier Resorts to attempt to bring this to resolution. I either get a recorded voice message or employee D answers, listens to my issue and says she will have someone in Accounting look into it and get back to me. On 4/17/14, she referred me to K in Accounting who said she'd fax a request to TW Online Marketing to confirm the timeshares had been listed and had not sold and would respond to me within two days. A week passed with no response. I phoned C. at TW Online Marketing to confirm if she had returned those forms. She stated she had never received them.

Continued phone messages left with K in Accounting are unanswered. Continued phone calls to Premier Resorts are answered by D who will not transfer to anyone who can help, will not give K's surname so I can write to her and when/if Mr. MM will be available. There is no indication that Premier Resorts will comply with their own contractual obligation.

I submitted the above summary (2012-2014) to the Arizona Better Business Bureau. BBB has assigned Premier Resorts an 'F' rating due to 8 complaints filed against Premier Resorts and zero response rate from Premier to resolve, or even dispute, the issues.

Premier Resorts has treated us in an unethical manner and I would like to receive full compensation for their unmet commitment.
