They have been taking money out of my account since 2011. I never noticed because it just says poundsaver £19.98 and its taken out in July, August and september only. I sometimes take my disabled friend shopping and she loves these cheap shops which I assumed it was and I had spent some money also. I have phoned and phoned them but you just get a recorded voice telling you to email them. I did and they said they would get one of their reps to contact me with in 3 days. They haven't of course. I emailed them again but they just send the same email. I have written to them and sent it special delivery so that I knew it had got there. It was signed for so at least I knew it had got there but of course I have heard nothing. have no idea who they are I never buy or book anything online so just how have they got my details. I just wish I had realized before. Just what can I do to get my money back. They said in their email they had cancelled my card. WHAT CARD! Strikes me they are a load of crooks. Someone somewhere must be able to check this company out and stop these thieves NOW!
