We hired Millard to do some work around our house. He told us he was a Master Carpenter. Everything he did was half assed and shabbily done. He wanted half of the money down and then the rest when the job was completed. He would say I'll be done on such and such so you can pay me the balance.....but he never finished what he started. He was an honest man of God....bullshit. You can't believe anything that comes out of his mouth. He was supposed to be at my house Tuesday, Sept 23rd to finish the work. He never showed up and has changed his phone number. He was paid 3600.00 for work he has not completed. A CON MAN. DO NOT HIRE HIM.
