IT TECH PRODUCTS representative called our company asking for our printer toner type and number introducing themselves as our new toner company. Then, this company sent us an invoice of $990.58 to be payable by 12/01/2011. We've attempted to contact this company, but have not been able to reach anyone. They charged us $898.00 for toner, $14.00 for shipping and 8.75% interest ($78.58).
