This guy, Robert calls me and said I had some malicious software on my computer running a Microsoft operating system. He wanted me to sit in front of the computer so he could show me what the problem was. I asked him how he knew and he said they had Norton reporting the problem. I don't use Norton so I hung up. The phone number he called from was 850.785.9004
