E Travis Hartman of total web central, TWC LLC, was hired to do a website for my event production company out of Washington. I paid him his deposit to build me a website and he was completely unprofessional. He took months to get any progress and did not do what I asked him. Then he began hounding me for the second half of his payment when he never even completed the site. The few times I spoke with him he was disengaged and incoherent. This was the worst experience I've ever had, lousy customer service. Anyone who is looking for a reliable professional web designer, TWC is an excuse for a company. I tried to be lenient and patient and at one point he took my website down because he said I hadn't paid him the second half of his payment, well, he never completed the job to my satisfaction. Two thumbs down!
