I saw an advert for a risk free trial of what I thought to be free samples, from the way it was worded with postage of £4.99. However after I'd ticked agree and guven my bank card details I realised I had not seen that it said credit card not debit card, i only saw visa. Then I read the terms which were suddenly in my face as it were once I'd ticked the agree box. When I read it wasn't in fact a free sample but cost £89 if not returned within 14 days, I immediately emailed customer service cancelling it. This was just a few minutes after I'd orfered. Shortly after I received an email telling me the products were going to be sent and not to reply to the email for security reasons. The email was sent from the same customer service email address I had just mailed so I did reply to that emaul telling me they were sending the stuff and I sent another email reiterating that I had cancelled the order. So that hhappened on Friday evening and yesterfay they apparently still disregarded my cancellation and tried to Harras me by phoning me several times I gathered from thier emails in which they tried intimidating me into phoning them. Apparently they think they can bully me into accepting a package which I have cancelled, just so that I can return it to them. I reitterated several times in reply to thier emails I will not accept a package I do not have on order but am sure the post pan with know what to do with it. Having read online that plenty of people have been unable to have thier packages reurned to a postbox number after which large amounts of money is taken off thier account. What ever I decided to cancel the order as the advertisement which I took at face value is completelymisleading.
