Ordered a "Best" wing chair on June 17th and had to wait for this "Special Order" 71 to 72 days before delivery. On September 5th they delivered an "England" recliner as opposed to my "Best" wing chair. I then put a hold on my $320 deposit with my Visa. I returned to the store whereupon they apologized for the error and reordered again my so called "Special order" of my wing chair promiscing I would have it before the holidays.

I was in contact with Consumer's Affair where the investigator suggested I take the dispute off. This was done on Sept. 25th from my Visa. The investigator said I would get the chair the following week. I still do not have my chair and it is 12/30/2014.

Now Gelco Seaside Furniture has not delivered, has my wing chair and also has my deposit of $320; no refunds or cancellations.

I lost count of how many days have past. I wonder what would be if it weren't a "SPECIAL ORDER?"
